Chat Help

I know that not everyone is a chat wizard but let me tell you a few quick things about chatting here.

  1. Change your name - Change it from the ustreamer|xxxxxx to something you want by typing in “/nick name” without the quotes and name being what you want. Like if I wanted DoucheBag to be my name I would type “/nick DouchBag” without the quotes.
  2. Connecting from uStream - If you want you can go to come into the show from the uStream site go here.
  3. Connecting from an IRC Client or IM Client with IRC capabilities I am not going to go into the explicits, but here is the info you should put in:
    • Server: chat.ustream.tv
    • Port: 6667
    • Channel:
      • For Scheduled Shows:#xtreme-live-radio
      • For on the fly shows: #VooDooRadio-Live
    *NOTE: When you log into IRC you must use your uStream registered nickname and send the password by typing /pass and then your password (i.e. “/pass 123456″ without the quotes).
